Apple - IPAD not repaired in Warranty

We Purchased Ipad ** Inch Pro Wifi - ***Gb Space Grey SKXNRY*G*HM on the name of Noor Transport our company on **st May **** from Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd MG Road, Pune Apple Showroom, It was giving Charging Issue as Ipad was working fine. Service Centre people told it Moisture Issue which happens in Rainy Season and there are **** of Videos on Youtube also that this problem comes in rainy season. We gave for repair and testing now they are there they cannot repair in warranty as its water issue which came through moisture. however these problems are faced by millions of customers. We would like to raise a complaint against Apple Company Product issue as its expensive ipad. We are sure that the Ipad never came in contact of Water etc.
