Uber Cabs - Invalid Charges
Sumeet Badoni filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jul 10, 2019
Took a ride in UberGo on **/**/**** with driver Bhagwat. On the way, he failed to get slip for toll and was fined INR *** later. He added this to my bill saying Uber will refund it. Now Uber is refusing to pay me back saying cash paid is outside Uber system so cannot be refunded and will make a note of such scenarios. How am I supposed to know the deal between Uber and its driver.
