I used this service almost * years but last few months there were many disconnections but for the month July, August there is no connection for **-** day, **-** days continuously and after after many times discussion they said to take new fiber connection and the missing days will be provided but when taken new connection they simply said have to recharge * times to take *-*-* days extra for missing days and one day (with in *-* days)suddenly the wifi stopped working and when the person visited to check informed that Adapter was failed and need to replace by me ..after hearing this i decided to cancel the connection and same informed to Customer care afte *-* days one executive called me and confirmed the same and said the in a week the wifi will be taken back and in a month the amount will be refunded...but till now no one came to collect and after sever e-mails there is no proper reply from them..this problem was done in september **** ...my connection was taken for * months so,which complaint raised it is still showing in pending from -** days in their app and i think on **-** november is the closing days of connection.. from september and till now i am using other connection
