Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I complained on * May regarding the low-speed Internet. I have a plan of *** Mbps Airtel Xstream Fiber. Then then the * May complaint is resolved without solving it.
Then I complained on ** May. Customer service says due to an unplanned outage your internet is not working. The company says we will fix within ** hours.
Then I again called customer services on ** May they say we will fix at the end of **th May then they give me the date **,**,**,**,** and so on.
Summary: They only extend the date, not resolving the issue
It occurred on: */**/****
They can allocate an engineer and fix the problem asap on groundwork, not on paperwork.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
