Hello, Iam experiencing slow internet issue since past * days, like countless times I’ve raised a complaint and you people without solving the problem you close the ticket. Countless customer care calls, Countless emails. Am a VFX developer and I have so much work to do from home for that I need good internet speed connection. You people can’t even send one technician to me just to solve the * minutes issue. I know that due to lock down rules are somewhat strict but you people can send a technician between *AM to *AM to solve the issue. Not only me my entire apartment people who have hathway broadband are suffering the same issue. Because of your arrogance how many people’s work is pending. The lock down is for april **th so that you won’t send a technician until april **th. My ** days of work will be pending because of you people and you guys know what because of your irresponsibility Iam risking my job. I could lose everything. Please consider this as a priority issue and solve the goddamn issue as soon as possible. Please guys am literally begging you people. Like please solve this as soon as possible.
