Hathway Internet Services - Connection not provided

I have paid an amount of Rs. **** on **/**/**** for Hathway Internet broadband new connection against the application number mentioned above. But even after * days the installation was not done despite several reminders. There seems to be no responsible person to address the customer grievance and the call center gives routine replies that it will be done soon.
I don't know How many days they need to provide the connection? They have grabbed my money in advance and not providing the installation.
