Abhi filed complaint against Hathway Internet Services on Dec 16, 2019
I’m receiving calls from Hathway pertaining renewal of service which is a harassment and breach of my privacy. I’m getting ** calls each day from different numbers. I blocked a few numbers but that didn’t help. It has consumed my productive time and energy and prevented me from working.
A day prior to renewal my net gets shut off and I have to talk to their team wherein they quickly resolve’ the issue.
I am not even able to cut off their service as their team isn’t reachable for this.
I have also received poor internet speeds despite being promised high speeds almost everyday for the last one year. I raise a complaint but I never hear back from them. They make some excuse about technical issues which magically disappear and then reappear in a few days. Perhaps a fraudulent practice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
