After using hatway for almost ** months we tought not to renew the hatway because of the pandemic situatuon where we moved to work from home and even vacated the room where we had connection.
Recently they called again asking there is an penality charges of rs *** odd and needa to pay to close the account. i paid the amount and clearly told that i didnt have the router to return. they said to renew the account and they will send a new router and return that new one. they called and scheduled a day to send their person and install the connection. on that day no one came and responded, i tought they closed my account and was busy with my work. now the one month duration is completed and they keep on calling for thrice or more in a day and asking for renewal.
i have voice recording and screen shots that were sent to their customer executive regarding the payment for closure.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
