I have been requesting a shift request for the past * weeks in an area (Boduppal, Hyderabad) where ACT services are available to my neighbours. Every time I raise a request they tell me that the issue will be resolved in ** hours. But after repeated calls and raising multiple tickets the issue is not resolved yet.
I also tried raising a request for a new connection. But that did not work too. I have been a customer of ACT for around ** years. A few agents working for Act called me for address and told me that they will come and collect the documents. But they didn't show up after when I tried to call them back they don't pick or disconnect the call. I tried sending messages but they don't reply. It is very disrespectful of them to ignore my calls and complaints. I have sent them multiple emails that their employees are treating me disrespectfully but they don't seem to care a damn. This is very disgraceful. Kindly help. Please let me know if you want any other details. I want to take legal action on them for making me wait for no reason which has resulted in me wasting a lot of time and has become a mental trauma. Please help.
