yesterday(**/**/****) i have raised complaint regarding my internet service was not working,they have given me commitment that it would be sorted by next day **/**/**** by **am..my service request number is *********(assigned service engineer is tamilarasan)..he didnt call me,so again i contacted customer support they started to give fake commitments the whole day like by **pm it vl be resolved,again no show no call,other commitment timing * clock,again,*pm,than *pm..i got frustrated and asked customer support ro disconnect my airtel internet service..because i dont want to pay them for their pathetic service and unused services...but without resolving they disconnected my call every time...Which is very worst!!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
