Taral Vaghasia filed complaint against GTPL on Jun 15, 2020
My internet connection is down since last Friday *th June and I have created cases but I have got no response till now.
The tickets are getting closed unaddressed.
I am a software developer and I am doing work from home in this pandemic situation. So without internet I am facing a big loss. I couldn't sign in to my office computer for * working days.
I contacted GTPL through phone, email and followed up but got no response as of now. I also contacted appellateauthority.guj@gtpl.net two times but got no response.
I tried to contact appellate authority by phone on working hours but the phone seems always on busy mode.
This is highly disappointing experience. GTPL takes money in advance but give no service when there is a breakdown. My days are full of frustration as I cannot work without proper internet connection.
