Hello Team,
I have visited Junagadh GTPL Kadva office and came to know that my internet service blocked by them. Mr. Shailesh told me that my internet service blocked as I raised the internet slow speed issue. Mr Shailesh told that I should call the gtpl engineer rather than creating ticket. As I raise the ticket, my internet service is blocked and not able to use internet since *.** PM today. This is happening second time. same thing happened on *th August. They have blocked my internet service twice. Such type of blacking mailing is happening in Junagadh GTPL. as a customer I called customer care than they raise the complaint and still I'm not able to use internet service. Please take action on Mr. Shailesh.
