** Oct - complaint raised for lack of power backup. SLA of ** hours, expiring *pm ** Oct. No Internet for half the day, work got impacted.
** Oct - *pm the Internet stops working completely, even with power on. Raised complaint, was told I had to wait another ** hours. Older ticket got closed after SLA expiration, and, despite being told the connectivity issue would also be resolved, it was not, and that service ticket was also closed fraudulently.
** Oct *.**pm - contacted customer support again. Was told ticket was wrongly closed and the issue would be fixed next day despite verbal assurance that it would be resolved by end of day Oct **.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
