I have been without service for the past four days, which has severely disrupted my ability to work from home and directly resulted in loss of pay.
When I contacted your support team, I was informed that some form of compensation or support would be provided. However, the overall handling, communication, and coordination have been highly unsatisfactory, with inconsistent and misleading information provided at every stage:
Some representatives claim the issue will be resolved by specific times (* PM, * PM, or * PM), while others say it may take ** hours, * days, or until tomorrow.
Some state that a technician is already working on the issue, while others say no work has started in my location.
Several customer support representatives have disconnected calls abruptly, refused to escalate issues, or stayed silent when asked for clarification.
I initially raised a ticket on Tuesday (**-**-****)night, expecting resolution by Wednesday(**-**-****) afternoon. Instead, the ticket was closed without my consent and had to be reopened today(**-**-****). Even now, there has been no technician visit or follow-up call.
This level of service is unacceptable. I urge ACT Fibernet to:
Immediately restore connectivity in my area.
Provide clear and consistent communication regarding issue status and timelines.
Review customer support conduct, ensuring calls are not disconnected abruptly and queries are not ignored.
Address compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused by this prolonged outage.

Additionally, I was informed by one representative that the amount would be refunded for the LOP (Loss of Pay) and network downtime. Please confirm and ensure this compensation is processed.
Note: On multiple occasions, support representatives have kept the call on mute and then disconnected without intimation. No callback was received, and I had to repeatedly re-dial and wait in long queues.
Given the impact on my work and livelihood, I request your immediate intervention and a clear timeline for resolution.
