I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service and false promises that I have received from ACT over the past week.
For the past week, my internet connection has been completely down and I have been unable to use any online services or access the internet at all. Despite multiple attempts to contact ACT's customer support team, I have been unable to get any information about when the service will be restored or what is causing the outage.
To make matters worse, the customer service that I have received from ACT has been completely unacceptable. On one occasion, a representative made a false promise to resolve my issue, only to later claim that they were unable to fulfill their commitment. This lack of honesty and reliability is extremely disappointing and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
I am extremely frustrated and distressed by the lack of service and the false promises that I have received from ACT over the past week.
