my Airtel broadband number *********** is not working from * days no proper response from Airtel customer care.
Airtel customer care team is not connecting my call to higher official.
I have raised several complaints but no resolution.
I won't pay any bill for this seven days because service is down.
need proper resolution.
if service was not restored today Airtel should pay additional compensation for causing inconvenience.
Complained to consumerhelpline.gov.in on Airtel . complaint number : ******.
