On June *th,****(Saturday) my wifi had stopped working... I was calling the customer care almost everyday till June **th. But my call was never answered. Even through the “Act app” I wasn’t able to register my complaint. Finally when I registered my complaint on June **th, the company told me to wait for ** hours. It is June **th the day I’m writing this complaint & still my issue hasn’t been resolved. The company has been taking too long to get this issue resolved. Hopefully we won’t have to wait for any more days now as I’m writing this issue on Voxya now
