Dear Sir,
I'm using Airtel broadband from **/**/**** and it's a new connection just installed * days back.
From the next day of installation I'm facing network issues! Router continuously blinking the red light on Auth & Network indicator.
I have tried calling the customer service team but it was useless, and got answers from them 'today our engineer will visit ' the engineer neither came nor the internet started working.
I have attempted many times calling the customer service team but now they are not responding to my calls.
I have tried calling to sales person also who had given me the plan, but he is also non responsive.
Last *dasy your team assigned engineer some engineers not answering my call some told me I have no time today to visit the site
I'm working from home and from last * days I'm not able to work with peace because of network issues and it is causing me stress and frustration.
I urge you to kindly solve the problem at earliest or refund the connection amount of connection plus * days salary and collect your equipment from my house.And if you are going to solve the problem then extend the billing cycle by adding those * days.
‼️Please don't push me to escalate the issue to TRIA & consumer court ‼️
