Airtel - internet not working from 40 days

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased * sims (mentioned below) on family pack for Rs *** on my regular no. ********** (Airtel) on *nd of Oct ****. All the sims are activated but internet is not working on any associated sim with regular no. **********. I also lodged complaint on

but the services have not started yet. Why should I pay Rs *** for the calls only. I have already told the executive that there is no particular location breakdown problem as the sims are not working anywhere. I had also visited Airtel Store kangra and they lodged the complaint too but didnt get any response. I even mailed you ** times but didn't get resolved the issue.
