Nirmala Goyal filed complaint against Act Fibernet on May 18, 2020
**th May **PM I did complaint for internet not working at home to ACT team and ACT team responded with message as attached that it will be resolved by **th May *PM. But even after ** hours on **th May *PM problem is not yet resolved.
I have sent several mails to Helpdesk.ncr@actcorp.in,
nodalofficer.ncr@actcorp.in and
appellateauthority.ncr@actcorp.in but internet issue not yet resolved by ACT team.
I even called twice on your customer care Delhi no. +************ but they don't have any status or any time resolution to fix internet issue which is pending from ** hours.
ACTFibernet did not provide me the current status or where the problem lies whether at ACT DELHI PASCHIM VIHAR back end or field side that even after ** hours internet is not working at my home.
