I have frequent internet disconnection.
In oct * days internet was not there and everyday Airtel is giving reasons and making false promises.
In the end they changed the modem n everything worked
Now since *th Nov again internet is down and everytime again they are making false promises that someone will call and your problem will be resolved by this time but no results
Its mental frustration following everytime
I have to travel to office unnecessarily and spend on OLA since i need to work on some presentation
I am frustrated with lies and lack of ownership to resolve the problem from Airtel.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
