Amit Mehta filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 20, 2019
I had changed my prepaid number to postpaid number on ** Jul **. After the number was converted to a postpaid number (Airtel Family Plan) I added the numbers of my family including my parents.
Since that day the internet has completely stopped working on three of the numbers. Despite several reminders and complaints, the issue has not been resolved till date and customer care is just changing the dates for final resolution. Please suggest further course of action to resolve the matter. Also, Airtel needs to be questioned and must be made to pay for harassment that has been mated out to me.
