I have requested for a new connection on Sept *th and while I was on call with the person regarding new connection, they have answered my call within a minute and sent a person to collect the money in half an hour and promised to provide a new connection by the next day. After continuously calling them for * days no body turned up for installation. Frustrated I have asked for refund. They didnt refund me my money and have given me the connection on **th, after almost ten days of requesting. Within a week of getting this connection my internet stopped working on **th. I have raised a ticket on **th and today being oct *nd after one week, there is not even a single person to attend this request. I have tried reaching them *** times in this week duration but all their lines are busy. I have tried contacting the nodal officer too, but thats of no use. They even closed my ticket without resolving it. They do not provide service nor are read to refund my money.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
