Act Fibernet - Internet connection not provided

We Venkusa Technologies Pvt Ltd. having office at ***-***, *st Floor, Manjira Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad has applied to Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd (ACT) located at *-*-***/B Banjara Hills No. ** Rd, Mithila Nagar, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad ****** having phone number ***-******** for Leased line connection on **th of December, **** with a promise that connection will be provided by *st January ****. Their executive Mr Satyanarayana whose contact number is ********** has collected the cheque for Rs ***** and also all required documents from us. The cheque is honoured, but the connection is not provided to us till now despite our repeated followup. Mr Ramesh who is the manager at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd, can be reached on ***-******** has confirmed on **th of January, **** that connection will be provided by **th of January **** at any cost, but even this was not fulfilled. Now he is not responding to our followup. Our employees are facing a lot of problems as we don't have an internet connection which is resulting in our customer dissatisfaction and revenue losses. We request you to take the required action on this organization and do the required.
