I took a new connection User Name: ************ from Act fibernet. Paid *****/- rs for ** +* month yearly subscription. I am really unhappy about the service. At the time to the connection they told me within ** hours connection will be established and till now * days passed no internet till now. Neither the technical lead nor the technicians or sales lead is responsible.

Sent an email to the nodal office, after that they share me another ticket sr************* and informed me that issue is going to fix by **/**/**** *.** PM.
Really ashamed of act services. Its nothing but harassment after paying the amount. Now I am going to cancel my cheque. I don't want to continue with the act. I request you please take any necessary action on this case or guide me so that it helps another Indian citizen.
