I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR INTERNATIONAL ROAMING ON **TH OCTOBER FOR ** DAYS FOR THAILAND.
ISSUE ARE MENTIONED BELOW
*. INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. (*G AVAILABLE). IN THAILAND *G IS AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE.
*. VOICE CALLING IS TOO LOW & INCOMING AND OUTGOING NOS ARE INCORRECT. (FOR EXAMPLE INDIA NO STARTS WITH +** BUT THE NO SOWS +******* AND NO… )
*. OUTGOING CALL TO INDIA (THE RECEIVER NO IS UNKNOWN OR SPAM NO THOUGH MY CURRENT NO AS +*************.
I TRIED THE PHONE SETTINGS AS PER VODAFONE CUSTOMER MENTIONED IN CHAT AND CHANGED THE ANOTHER PHONE ALSO.
YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME NOR THEY TRIED SOLVE THE ISSUE OR THEY HELPED ME TOO.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
