I want to Complain about Yatra.

All the airline companies have waived off rescheduling or cancellation charges due to Corona outbreak.Yatra has mentioned the same on their website but when you will try to reschedule or cancel they will ask for regular rescheduling or cancellation fees.
Their customer service staff is not at all helpful as they ask you to email your concern,
even after i have email multiple times i have not received any respond to my query and nor has any one got back.
Due to this airlines now have stopped the no cancellation fee had Yatra helped me at the right time i would have received a full refund but now i am still struggling to reschedule my tickets as Yatra has not responded.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
