I'm an excitel subscriber. i renewed my subscription on *nd May'** for * months. since **th May'** i'm facing an internet issue. now It’s been almost * weeks since I’ve been facing Internet connection issues/ session disconnection. I raised several tickets/re-opened tickets many times but the issue still persists. As a result, I’ve lost my office work for a couple of days. After complaining so many times I decided to exit from excitel and seek refund so that i can get a new connection from another service provider. however refund was rejected stating its a prepaid service. Can i req Voxya team to help me get rid of excitel and get me my refund
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
