I had converted my LAP from Pure flexi to Dropline on request of the one of the representative of Bajaj housing and it was told me in the written that Interest rate will be linked to RBI repo rate however, in my case Bajaj housing rate of interest is not linked to RBI rate and it is only linked to Bajaj FRR rate which is used as a tool to charges higher rate of interest to honest and regular EMI payer and it is increased from time to time by stating the reason that cost of funds of Bajaj gone up hence rates are increased that too without intimation. Hence Bajaj is using this as a tool to charge higher rate of interest . Regards
