Gati Kwe - Intercity Shipment Damaged

Gati’s people mishandled my boxes shipped from Bangalore to Hyderabad and shattered several glass jars in the box I had mentioned contains kitchen items. I had individually wrapped each jar in bubble wrap and it would take some spectacularly bad handling for them to be completely shattered. The bubble wrap made it worse because tiny glass shards got stuck in the plastic and it was impossible to remove the contents without injury.
I also sent a plastic chest of drawers on wheels that had one wheel broken off when it arrived.
I called customer care immediately and the call centre executive got me a complaint number and told me I would hear back within ** hours. But I did not hear back for two weeks until I called again to check. I was once again told that they would get back to me and nothing has happened yet. My emails have also been ignored, despite having attached photo proof.
