Amazon India - Intentionally duplicate product was sent

I have bought a lawman pg* sneeker shoes from Amazon.in though COD Method..I have paid *** for that..but after seeing the item I had doubt in my mind.. Immediately I scanned the barcode details which was given in the shoe packet & I found it that those pair of shoes were completely duplicate..the barcode number doesn't exist at all..I believed Amazon but they have cheated with me & now they are delaying my refund.. please take initiative as soon possible . I am attaching the snap of false barcode details here
