The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant seeking damages of Rs. *,**,***/- (Rupees One Lacs Eighty Thousand Only) along with **% p.a. towards insurance claim of the damage to my mobile device (Apple iPhone * *** GB) and additional compensation towards mental agony, harassment and Rs. **,*** as costs towards cost of litigation. The claim had been repudiated without giving any specific reason.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
