Bajaj Fin Serv - Insurance policy forced with Home loan

I had applied for a home loan from Bajaj Housing Finance for property that i short listed. There were a lot of email conversations that happened between me and bajaj for this as during the pandemic everything was done online. When everything was finalized i was sent an email which had details about my home load which i had to approve. Along with the email there was a policy attached which was worth *lacs and it was attached as a loan. So they were giving me a policy for which i would be taking a lon from them to pay the premiums. I quickly spoke to the sales manager from bajaj(sachin mishra) about this who explained me the benefits of the loan. I told him that i would like to read the policy documents to understand more about the policy to which he agreed that it would be sent shortly. The emi for both the loans were activated and i was not even given any details about the policy. I got in touch with Sachin to cancel the policy as i am not aware of anything about it and the company has started deducting emi from account to which he told me that the policy cannot be cancelled and you had approved to go ahead with it. After sending out emails after emails i got the policy Certificate where i came to know that it is not even a Bajaj Policy and it is a third party policy from Max Life that these guys are selling. It is mentioned in the policy that the policy can be cancelled within ** days of receiving the policy Certificate but now nobody is even replying back on the email. The supoort number is not reachable. The policy is still going on and as it it attached to a loan i cannot even stop paying for it.

Please help me to get justice from this fraud company. I have attached all the relavant documents with this complaint and can send more email conversations if needed.
