Dear Sir,
I've two evidences of Baja Finance Limited's misleading commitments through e-mail and audio recording call:
*. My *st evidence is the mail that I've sent to Md. Ahsan, Sales Manager, Bajaj Finserv, Hyderabad on ** Oct'** that 'No processing fee charges and no additional charges for the next * years' as per commitment of Bajaj Finserv employees Md. Ahsan (Mobile# +** ***** *****, e-mail id: mohd.ahsan@bajajfinserv.in) and audio recorded call of Ms. Jhanvi Sharma (M-**********).
*. Approval mail from of Mr. Abhishek Sindhwal, Executive, Bajaj Finance Limited on * July'** regarding the OD total OD tenure's waive off.
So, please help to waive off Annual AMC charges of OD Flexi Loan Account P***PSP*******.
