Bajaj Fin Serv - Charged huge amount in processing with out my knowledge

I had got a call from bajaj finserv on *th Aug and they said pre approved that loan mr Rajesh kanna executive from bajaj had confirmed all my details for approving my loan amount of ****** and he said he'll charge ***** in total I LL be deducted for insurance and processing amount I said ok for that and few hours lateranother person from same disbursement team called me and total ***** I said they Rajesh kanna said ***** only ..he said ok I'll deduct ***** and remaining amount will transfer to your account I said ok ..but they charged totally ***** from my end..
