I have purchased a Jeeves insurance while purchasing
Asus zenfone max pro m* in flip kart .
actually my mobile display got damage and i have logged a complaint in Jeeves . they came and collected by device on march *rd .
and it is been arrived for service center also . due to lock down they were not able to service i can understand for * months . till may *st week there was a complete lock down in entire India .
but now lock-down is been opened but yet i have not yet received my device back till todays date . its been more than * months ** days done
