I ordered * pizzas from EATaliano - the gourmet pizza from Zomato on **th June. *:** p.m. I ordered * ** inch pizza, * * inch pizza and * *** ml coke. Firstly I ordered a normal crust ** inch pizza and a thin crust * inch pizza but it turns out that I got both of them as thin crust. Secondly and the most important part (might be scam), I got a ** inch pizza instead of a ** inch pizza and a * inch pizza instead of a * inch pizza. These sizes are WAYYYY cheaper and is definitely not worth *** bucks. When contacted tomato about this, no one was ready to chat and instead offered me a Rs.*** coupon. I will not order from zomato ever and am cancelling my zomato gold right away. My order number is - **********. I am looking for a FULL refund.
This is very exhausting for me as it is very time taking since no one on tomato is ready to talk and mentally as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
