i have purchased lg ac *.* tonn of * pieces from flipkart as on *th of april and **th or april which installation was scheduled on *th of april and **th of april resectively and i have been contibously contacting flipkart for installation they told that it will be done with in ** or ** hrs but it's been more than ** days i puchased my a.c. no response and resolution provided by flipkart they are just telling me to wait and my family is suffering from heat as tempreature in my area is ** to **℃ and as they said installation shall be done on *th of april i have taken leave from my office for which i bear loss of worth ₹****/- as i am working person i tried every measure and tried every possible thing to cooperate with them and did exactly what they said and waited as per their instruction but still no help provided by their side customer executive of flipkart put my call on hold telling me that they are cheking information and after some time call being cut aumtomatically this is happeing everytime they are providing false and incomplete information and i am very dissatisfied with the services provided by flipkart this is happening everyday they are providing fraudlent services which lead into losses to customer hereby i request the responsible authority to chek into my case and provide me the complete resolution asap
