My Internet service is not working from * days. I contacted your CC they said issue will be resolved in * days but still no solution. For the issue I complaint for * times and those were closed without resolution. If we ask them about the resolution is like, do they check connection is working fine before closing then they had no answer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
