I have purchased a Kent Ace RO system when the kent executive visited at my home (date:**.**.** at Bhiwadi) for installation, he asked me to install pre-filter also, which cost Rs ***. When I refused to install any pre-filter, he simply denied installing my already purchased Kent RO system. I feel cheated by kent as they are forcing to buy other accessories or they did not install my RO. If I install the system myself warranty will be void.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
