Hi,
This is regarding my two Sububorders ids: *********** & ***********.
In Suborder Id: ***********, I ordered *kg Cashews. In Q&A section of product detail page, it was clearly mentioned that *kg is quantity of Cashews against order. But I was delivered only ***gm so I complained against this to Snapdeal. And they picked up order (Vulcan, who is their courier partner) along with other one. But, after couple of days also I didn't find status update on Snapdeal portal so I tried connecting and they are refusing to refund the money though I provided them the Reverse pickup slip given by Vulcan.
In Suborder Id: ***********, I ordered Euro Stepladder. When I climb steps of this delivered stepladder, I get crunchy sound which is scary. So, I complained to Snapdeal against this and requested them to pick it back. But, they are refusing to pick it back though I was assured of "* Days Easy Return" on product page.
I have attracted recoded call with Snapdeal social media team PoC (Vikram) regarding both above orders.
Request you to help in getting my money back.
