Swiggy instamart - Inferior quality and product nearing expiry sent

I had ordered curd and banana fruits *kg from swiggy instamart on *th November. The curd sent best before date was off *th November which means whole ***gm curd I have to consume today itself. Usually whenever we buy curd it's expiry will be minimum * days from date of purchase. And the banana was raw hard and refrigerated. Banana raw if refrigerated never ripes. As such incidents have been continuously repeated and no action taken after feedback I asked for replacement with images for proof but I was denied replacement or refund and just assured of action been taken. Before too in one of my order, I ordered Nescafe ***gm . But one sent was **gm. So when I had paid amount shown for ***gm Nescafe in website why was **gm sent same things have happened with different products. They will be misleading customer with wrong website description and after feedback they never try to rectify the error ( as it's not error but deliberate attempt to cheat customers)
