*.I place order #*************** on Swiggy
*.After ** mins I get a call from support stating one item is missing at a restaurant I can opt for replacement or refund, I opt for refund which did not show up.
*. Delivery partner picks up available items and delivers them to me , and asks me to pay Rs.**
*. I was expecting a refund instead I was charged with Rs.** , I ask delivery partner to call support .As I did not want to pay extra charges.
*.Support says I will have to pay, otherwise he can cancel the order and refund my money back .
*. Support person cancels order , refunds my money back . I give delivered items back to delivery person as suggested by him.
*. But now when I want to place new order so that I can finally have my lunch, I see this cancellation charges of Rs.***
I try to make support team understand my issue , but seems they dont care and will not waive off cancellation charges.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
