I booked a ticket from Germany to India and the way back using make my trip on the *nd of March ****. During the booking itself, I knew that the dates of return travel might be changed so I checked the fare rules carefully to see if a date change is allowed. In the portal, it is clearly mentioned that the date change is allowed and after booking an e-ticket was issued and the same is mentioned there as well. After * days I decided to change the return journey from **th March to **st of March and I contacted the customer service and they said this ticket is not allowed to be changed. I highlighted all the documents to prove my statements saying that the rule says it is possible. They do not resolve it and I have screenshots and documents to prove my evidence.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
