Hi, I cancelled my domestic flight booking with reference number - ************ ;
While checking the cancellation charges on mobile app the refund amount was shown to be - Rs. **,***
and I got an email also saying that the refund amount will be **,***.
But eventually I just got another email that a refund of Rs. **** has been processed.
The refund amount should be **,***.
Please look into it.
I have also attached a screenshot saying that it should be **,***.
and the another screenshot which says that refund of only rs **** have been processed.
I contacted them multiple times, they reverted back by saying that they have initiated the refund balance amount of **** rupees, but I never got back that amount. No one responds to my query from yatra. I have their acknowledgement email that they processed an incomplete refund.
