I recently placed an order on Swiggy Instamart for *kg of Udhayam Urad Dhal which is ₹*** but upon delivery, I received only *kg and ***gms, leaving ***gms missing.

I requested assistance on their chat support but was asked to email them, sent an email but got the response that they will not provide a refund or a replacement.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
