This complaint is against ZOMATO the online food provider
Complaint for : PROVIDING WRONG QUANTITIES of FOOD and BROKEN Pieces and poor quality having smell in the product

This is to further escalate about the order of **th December **** , after getting NO OPTION from the app
for raising refund request.
We have ordered * plates FISH FINGER yesterday and we received mostly broken pieces
It was not properly packed or handles
Along with that, there were BAD SMELL which was not possible to digest
And this smell was there from both the packets, but still one packet was okay
We received two packets consisting of ** FISH Fingers ONLY in each packet where we should have received ** quantities
Hence, now please refund FULL amount ASAP before this is escalated as i asked for partial refund and you did not respond after reminders
YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY CALL CENTRE AND NO CHAT AGENT WAS AVAILABLE ANYTIME FROM THE APP, HENCE WE ARE SENDING THE EMAIL NOW
