This is the *nd time in a row where mamaearth has delivered incorrect products. The worst part is, they take minimum ** days to replace the items. This time I wrote an email and replied to them with the details they had asked for and yet I get an email stating I did not send the details so they are closing the incident. They are so lame and pathetic that they can't even read email threads. I have never had such a pathetic experience ever. And they happily claim that they are a responsible brand.
