Act Fiber Net - Incorrect invoice issued

I order disconnection of my internet connection vide email dated **th July, **** and thereafter I was home after few days and asked for reconnection. Act fibernet has not entertained both the request since more than ** days and I am facing problem at work from home and now I want them to withdraw invoice for July month and disconnect for my lifetime, still they continue to levy charges on me .. I want my account to be clean
