Santosh kulkarni filed complaint against Snapdeal on Jun 1, 2018
Snapdeal company has sent me an incorrect invoice of the product i had ordered them. Now that it's * months old, i am facing problem with the product. I want snapdeal to send me the corrected invoice of my product in order to claim the warranty. But snapdeal isn't responding well. I have sent every detail such as order id, order date, the image of the invoice and product. I have also requested them several times, called the help line on their no. +** **********, it's not working. Their help line simply deviates the customer. It does not connect to the customer care executives. I am tired of losing my money money as well as my time into this, both of which are precious to me.
Although the amount *** rupees is not much, but it's important for a student like me. I hope you will look deep into my subject and will intervene soon.
